My name is Désiré Slisser. I am the face behind Femme Works and I recruit the woman for that top position in your company.
It is my mission to realize a better male-female balance in executive positions. I am convinced that companies with a balanced male-female ratio are stronger. And that there is still much to be gained. For me, diversity is a given, not because it’s a must, but because it works.
My career took me from the healthcare sector to a global multinational. I filled roles in the organization as a marketer, sales manager, trainer and recruiter. In my last permanent role I was co-responsible for setting up an in-house executive search.
I have now been self-employed in executive recruitment for more than five years. In 2018 I started my passion project Femme Works and I contribute to a better gender balance at the top.
With over fifteen years of (corporate) experience, national and international, I have a broad network and I feel quickly comfortable within a team or organization. Besides my psychology background, I am also a certified coach. I find it important to coach and guide candidates (and organizations) during the recruitment process.
I understand the complexity which the topic of gender diversity may bring to an organization. I would like to work with you to make a good match between top women and top employers.
